Custom name badges for teams, printed in full colour on white acrylic in our Australian workshop and posted from Australia. Add your logo, or keep it to a name and one more line. The more badges in the pack, the less each one costs.

How does the bulk pricing work?

Pick a pack size and the price per badge drops as the pack gets bigger. The whole set is made in one run, so every badge matches in size, font and layout.

Prices shown are for 60 mm x 20 mm with a pin fastener. The larger size and the magnetic fastener are priced in the dropdowns. Need a number that is not listed? Add the packs together — for 7 badges, add the 5 pack once and the single badge twice.

What is the badge made from?
  • Material: white acrylic, laser-cut to a clean, consistent edge.
  • Print: UV direct print in full colour, so your logo keeps its actual brand colours — not an engraved outline.
  • Sizes: 60 mm x 20 mm or 75 mm x 25 mm.
  • Fastening: pin fastener or magnetic fastener.
  • Made in Australia.
How do I send my logo and names?

Order first, then send us the artwork and the list — we set the badges up and print once your details are in.

  • Design option : Option 1(default) or your selection.
  • Logo (optional): a vector svg or pdf gives the sharpest print. A png on a clear background or a jpg on white also works. If your artwork is eps or ai, send that and we will take it from there.
  • Names: for 5 or more, a spreadsheet with each person’s name and title is what we work from fastest.
  • Second line: a job title, business name or location. It sits under the name unless you ask for it above.
  • Reorders: we save your layout against your business name, so a badge ordered next year comes back the same size and font as the first run.
How do I fit it, and how fast is delivery?

Fit the fastener just above the centre of the badge. Fitted on or below the centre line, the badge tips forward as you wear it.

  • The magnetic fastener is a bar that adheres to the back of the badge, worn with a steel keeper plate behind the garment.
  • Wearing small permanent magnets such as name badge fasteners is generally not damaging to health. The magnetic field may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators and magnetic cards — keep the badge at least 15 cm from such items.
  • Choose Express Post at checkout and most Australian metro addresses have the badge in hand within 2 to 3 working days of ordering.
  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid alcohol-based sanitisers, perfumes and solvents.
