Refund Policy

Because each OzDeco item is made to order and often personalised, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns.

However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.  
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

✦ Damaged or defective items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.  
✦ Personalised items cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty.  
✦ To start a return request, email irena05@ozdeco.com.au with your order number and clear photos.
