Custom Order Guide
At OzDeco, every product is made to order. Whether you have a ready-made design or need something built from scratch, we can help. Here’s how the custom order process works.
Step 1: Choose Your Product
Choose the product type you need, such as custom car decals, vehicle graphics, acrylic signs, personalised plaques, or wall art. If you are unsure which option suits your project, contact us and we’ll guide you.
Step 2: Prepare Your Artwork
For the best results, please supply your artwork in one of the following formats:
- Preferred: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG (vector format)
- Acceptable: High-resolution PNG or TIFF (minimum 300 DPI at final print size)
- Ensure text is outlined or embedded in vector files
- Use CMYK colour mode where possible
Not sure about your file? Send it through and we’ll advise you before production.
Step 3: Choose Your Size
Most products include a size selector on the product page. If you need a size not listed or a fully custom dimension, contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide a quote.
Step 4: Place Your Order
Add the product to your cart and include any notes about colours, sizing, or design changes in the order notes field at checkout. We will confirm your order details before production begins.
Step 5: Proof & Approval
For complex or fully custom orders, we will send a digital proof for your approval before printing. Standard products are produced directly from your supplied artwork.
Step 6: Production & Dispatch
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Sydney. You will receive tracking information via email once dispatched.
