About Our Products
How long do OzDeco decals last outdoors?
Our outdoor decals are made from premium 5–8 year outdoor-rated vinyl. For boats, we use 10-year outdoor-grade cast vinyl for maximum durability. They’re UV-resistant, waterproof, and designed to withstand Australian sun, rain, and heat without fading or peeling.
How long do OzDeco wall decals last indoors?
Our exhibition grade indoor wall decals are made using 3-year outdoor-rated vinyl (so indoors they typically last much longer). They feature a matte finish and are removable, making them ideal for interior use.
What surfaces can I apply a decal to?
Our decals bond to any smooth, clean surface — car panels, rear windows, ute trays, motorbike fairings, helmets, caravans, toolboxes, laptops, and walls. They are die-cut with no background, so they sit flush and look painted on.
Are OzDeco products made in Australia?
Yes. All products are printed and cut in-house at our Sydney, NSW workshop using professional eco-solvent and UV printing equipment.
What materials do you use?
We use premium cast and calendered vinyl films, professional eco-solvent and UV inks, and protective laminate for outdoor durability. All materials are sourced for long-lasting results in Australian conditions.

Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes — all products can be made to custom dimensions. Use the size selector on each product page, or contact us for a custom quote.
Can I supply my own design or logo?
Absolutely. We accept artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution PNG format. Please ensure designs are at least 300 DPI at print size. Send your files via our Custom Order page.
How do I place a custom order?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard Post: 2–8 business days. Express Post: 1–3 business days. All orders are dispatched from Sydney. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free tracked shipping on orders over $50. Large items qualify for free standard parcel shipping on orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are dispatched with tracking and typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
Returns & Support
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly produced. Please double-check your design and sizing before ordering.
