Options 2 and 3 are weather-resistant but not made for continuous submersion. All four are die-cut with no background, so your surface shows through the design.
Fourteen sizes run from 4x 3cm multi-packs up to 110cm, measured across the longest dimension. Smaller sizes suit windows and laptops; the metre-long options read clearly along a boat or caravan.
