Delivery Within Australia
- Free Standard Letter Post: most decals, stickers and name badges ship free Australia-wide (letter mail, no tracking) — 3–8 business days
- Standard Tracked Post: $6.99 upgrade at checkout, tracking number included — 2–8 business days
- Express Post: from $12.99 — 1–3 business days
- Larger items (oversize decals, perforated window graphics, acrylic signs) always ship tracked — rates from $10.99 shown at checkout
- Free tracked shipping on orders $60+
Arrival Guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us — we will resend it free of charge or refund you in full.
International Shipping (always tracked)
- United States & Canada: from $14.99, free on orders $150+ — 7–15 business days. US customs duties are prepaid by OZ DECO, so there is nothing to pay on arrival
- All other destinations: from $16.99, free on orders $200+ — 7–15 business days
