Postage cost within Australia is flat rate to everyone from $2.99 ~ $19.99 and additional $1 per additional item / meter on top of the highest postage. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery within Australia. It may take longer if you are in a remote area. We strongly recommend you to combine postage to save postage which is quite expensive in Australia.
On average, what you pay is what we pay to the post office, plus a minimal handling charge. The handling charge includes postal tubes or boxes and wrapping material. We try to keep the postage as reasonable as possible.
If you are a remote area resident and purchasing a 90cm / 1m wide film, please buy at least 2 meters at one transaction as the flat postage is actually far lower than our actual postage and material cost.
Sometimes we use rigid cardboards to save postage. For the delivery of big stickers and films, we use a postal cylinder which is over $2 for a secured delivery. Considering our free postage promotion and competitive combined postage policy, the postage is beneficial to our customers.
Please don't argue with our postage policy. We cannot weigh all our items so we cannot guarantee the postages are always accurate.
We use a flat rate system which is same rate regardless where you live in Australia. We think this is most easiest way to figure out and expect the postage when you shopping from us. The policy is also a part of our selling strategies. Please consider all your cost before your purchase.
After completing shopping with us, please check-out your cart. Our system will show you all the cost including the expected postage. If the postage does not match to your expectation, please contact us before the payment.
Once we have received your order, we will post within 2 business days after confirming your payment. Most of orders are delivered using Australia Post except bulky parcels which will be delivered by a courier. Please Click here for the estimated delivery times by Australia Post.
If you wish to receive your order URGENTLY by Express post, please email us prior -to placement of your order at “info@ozdeco.com.au” as some items are made-to-order and takes times to make. Please select “express post options” when you go through checkout.
All delivery times quoted are subject to availability. In some occasions we might experience colour shortages that are beyond our control. In these cases you will be contacted immediately by one of customer service team to inform you of the estimated delivery time.
Most of missing cases are happened because of wrong address. Don’t trust Australia post mail redirection service. Especially, parcels are not eligible for the service. In case we use a courier company, mail redirection service is useless. Wrong address is buyer’s sole responsibility and we, Australia post or the courier company do not hold any responsibility and any negative or neutral feedback received regarding it.
We will offer you an exchange something else or refund provided that
- You return the item within 30days of purchase, from the date printed on the receipt
- The item must be unused and original condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including receipt that we provided, and
- The item must be sent back to us at the expense of the customer
- We do not refund delivery charges, only the cost of the item itself.
- You have to email us before you return the item
You can return within 30days of purchase and ask us for a full refund or exchange. We will refund you all your payment and reimburse you the returning postage as well.
Don’t worry! Most of items are trackable. If it is lost or damaged in transit, you will send you the replacement and request Austpost to investigate the case. Please contact us and explain the situation to work out a solution.
